BASF introduced Care Creations on the Road, a new mobile concept that enables BASF technical, marketing and sales experts to securely interact and interact with customers. Small teams of BASF experts hold exclusive outdoor events where customers can try out sample kits, participate in live demonstrations, ask questions and discuss new industry trends and topics.
“Care Creations on The Road has allowed us to move away from our new standard of virtual meetings to offer our clients the opportunity to experience sensory benefits and formulation differences,” said Jill Litchauer, Application Technology Manager and technical service, personal care, North America. “This approach enabled one-on-one conversations about the formulation challenges our clients face with their projects. “
Care Creations on The Road piloted the first customer visit in May, organized in collaboration with Azelis, BASF’s distribution partner in the North East.
Many ingredients were highlighted during the visit. These included:
• Mimiskin – a biodegradable alternative to polymeric film formers which is suitable for sensitive skin and offers benefits such as protection against pollution, breathability, cleansing, hydration and skin radiance;
• PeptAIde 4.0 – a network of four natural peptides, unlocked through the use of artificial intelligence, which helps reduce visible signs of silent inflammation of hair and skin; and
• Naturally Styled – a collection of clean styling formulas with proven results, featuring the synergistic combination of ingredients Hydagen 558P (algin) and Rheocare XGN (xanthan gum).
